Bad Decisions vs. Regrets

There is a fine line between making a wrong decision and regretting it. Doing something you believe was right at one point, but turned out wrong is regret. You regret doing it because it didn’t turn out the way you planned. However, this has nothing to do with a wrong decision. A wrong decision is something you do caused by ignoring that little voice inside your head that’s screaming at you, “Don’t eat that chocolate donut fool! It will all go to your hips!” or “Don’t kiss him! He won’t be as cute in the morning!” By giving into this, you have most likely made a wrong decision. This is only to be followed by consequences, such as doubling up your workout routine or changing your phone number. Also, something you may regret.
